People for Animals, Bangalore (PFA), is India's largest non-governmental animal welfare organisation working to rescue and rehabilitate sick and needy animals. They set up and run shelters, ambulance services, sterilisation programs, treatment camps and disaster rescue missions for animals.
How we support them
The grant from Ashraya Hastha Trust will help to set up a state-of-the art reptile enclosure for confiscated and seriously injured reptiles who cannot be released back into the wild. This facility will provide reptiles with the necessary care and support they need, while ensuring they can safely recover and thrive and are in no danger from a rapidly urbanising city.
